If the ace's status is lowered by the dog via 'put someone beneath you', how is the new ace decided?
Wings have tiers within them, so there's wing 1, wing 2, etc
whenever someone's status is lowered, they swap with the next highest status. So whoever is just below the ace becomes the new ace.
