Incredible concept and art is decent though its overwhelming and the game is a bit confusing - good luck on the jam
It's a fun game, but the controls are very confusing.
I like the concept of moving forward and managing inventory quickly a lot. I think the UI on the crafting menu could use a bit of work as the drawings on the paper background make it hard to see and read what I'm making, also the completely random nature of the spawns made me die nearly immediately the first time i played by spawning 3 metal barriers in front of me with nothing i could possibly do to combat it. I think if you reduced some of the randomness and made obstacles only spawn after a bit of time passed/ added cooldowns between obstacle spawns it would make the game a bit better to play.
Thanks for feedback, I'll keep that in mind! <3
that is creative never saw similar game tbh i liked the visuals and the idea of the game but i was stuned with gameplay dont knew what to do at first but well done i liked it!
Great visuals great music, and it's an original concept overall it's a really good game the gameplay has two problems first, some runs are just straight-up impossible but that isn't really a big issue the bigger problem is that in most runs you win without encountering much of anything and even when you do, it's usually only two obstacles maybe this could be solved by reducing the randomness a bit and making the game a little faster, so you have to make decisions more quickly to create more of a challenge I'm not sure though and I want to emphasize that these aren't major issues.the game is great.
Interesting concept, I liked it a lot. However, the crafting panel looks cluttered and hard to read. Some random enemies that would hunt you would also make the game more intense in my opinion. Other than that, good game.
really cool I just had trouble with the crafting only after i died i knew what to do
i love the pixel art and the music!, just wish that the player goes faster when time goes so the game becomes harder a bit, and u lose when u skip so much trash
Interesting idea, decent graphics, and good music! I wish the content was introduced gradually, as it's quite difficult to understand at first.
Anyway, great job!
An interesting concept.
As others mentioned in the comment section it is a bit hard at the start but overall the artstyle and the gameplay is well orchestrated. The music choice is also nicely done.
Overall, the game is pretty nice and I think it could have a lot of extensibility!
Thanks for the feedback, it's very nice, I'll consider developing the game! <3
A bit too hard imo to make it past the first few seconds but once you get a good start the fault is on you if you die (spam bandages when monster, while keeping a bit for more armor). Not missing a single trashbag while thinking about if you need to make X or Y is a nice loop.
Very nice game ! Music is good (sets up the tone and a nice loop even if a bit short). The visuals are good too, liked the monster x). And for creativity it 100% is, thinking of a post apo with a Raft like gameplay loop is original x).
Loved it, hope to see more from you in the futur, we can see that a lot of work and loved went into that game !
Thanks for the feedback!
It was difficult with the balance, as the spawn is built on random(though I tried to pick up the most balanced chance :D ) and barricades with monsters appear in the same script.
I would like to pay more attention to the visual add partikls and sounds, but I did not have time((
Thanks for the assessment of the ambient, I also liked it! <3
Good game, it fits well the theme, it's a shame you couldn't add the features you wanted, but good work!
Thanks, I'm a little sad myself that I didn't make it.
Pretty cool idea, I think with a bit more work it could be a really nice idle-like clicker game.
A fairly quick change I would make if you plan to work on it any more would be making it more clear what equipment/amour the player has crafted, as at the moment it is quite hard to tell.
Congrats on finishing your first jam!
Thank you so much for the feedback!
It was a very difficult week for me because it was the first time I was writing music, writing so much code, and drawing so much visual xDDDDD
I'll look at the reviews and maybe after a little rest, I'll bring the game to perfection! <3
