The point of interest in the forest is the Entity door. Is simply a reminder of the quest but it cannot be completed at the moment.
There is 2 treasures inside the ruins, just not in the form of the typical treasure chest, but rather, they are in a container kind of object. One of them is guarded by a difficult puzzle.
