Hi, thank you for this tool! I found a few bugs recently when using the latest version. If your "Neck Accessory" is hidden, then you change your pose, the Neck Accessory becomes unhidden (even though the icon shows it is still hidden, as shown in my screenshot).
When your Shoulder Accessory is Cloak, and hidden, a lot of pixels from the cloak are still visible. For example, in Idle (forward) the shoulder part is hidden but the back part is still visible. In Idle (sides) the back part is still visible too, while in Idle (back) it is completely hidden.
