I enjoyed playing the game, I think your take on the theme is great and very on point. I found the animations very cute and the music very fitting. I think the game could use more features but the current ones are pretty polished. If you are to extend the concept I would suggest a rogue-like theme - getting new spells every fight, I would allow to unmerge spells between rounds and such. overall great concept, good job!
