Subervsion of expectations is always fun in games! And we loved that you get 3 actions during combat instead of the standard- it allowed for more flexibility and variety during battle. We were pleasantly surprised to find so much depth in the combat system (especially during the final fight, which I won't spoil)! The items in reference to the dragon were cute too (picturing him wearing a little top hat and gloves, etc). I'm sure there were party members I missed when combing through things, or encounters I could've explored more thoroughly, but it was a good time overall.

The main thing holding the game back is of course the rtp, though you used it creatively in the way it was executed. We also encountered a scope error when playing through the game, but it doesn't seem as that has been the case for everyone. Looking forward to more in the future. Cheers!

Just for the record, there’s only one additional party member besides the dragon. If you got a harpy to join your party, then you found all the party members. If you didn’t, then you missed one.

Loved the idea of playing as the dragon. Was having fun but Marsha sent me on an infinite sleep/paralysis loop and would crash the game mid-battle. I got the following error: Type error: "Can't access property "scope", this.item() is null

Also is there a strategy to getting past her? Sorry I might have missed something.

There isn’t anything like an “intended strategy”, but there are a lot of missable pieces that could potentially make it harder.

What I usually did in my test playthroughs is: Marge uses Willpower, then Strong Attack over and over; while Motrax alternates between Fire Breath and Ice Breath.

If you don’t have a weapon, or if you don’t even pick up Marge, or if you don’t grab the Tail Ring that gives Motrax an extra action, then it could become quite challenging. I did test that it’s beatable with no equipment and without fighting the extra monsters out on the mountain and the bonus monster in the innermost cave, but I didn’t check if it’s beatable without Marge.

I enjoyed being the dragon :)

Though did encounter a TypeError (something about "scope", I think? I accidentally closed the tab though) during the first fight against the mage.

I was having alot of fun. Cutscense cool dialog fun. Plot fun. Battles fun. 2nd set of heroes did me in. I tried multiple times but the fight is complete rng. I am sure with enough attempts I might be able to down 1 or 2 heroes to trivialize the engagement but it felt unfair that way. I was usually paralyzed or asleep by my first turn and when the heroes got momentum there was no stopping it.

I was having fun until I got into combat with the second group of heroes. Maybe I didn't grind enough, but fighting enemies that get three actions before you can even act once and chain silence, stun, or sleep effects feels like playing a slot machine, hoping you don't get locked down before you even get a chance to act.

I suppose the key is to kill the wizard first to get rid of those annoying effects. I understand that, but it's not like you can one-shot her in a single turn. It takes two or three turns, and during that time you have to hope the priest doesn't heal her and, of course, that you don't get stun-locked.

EDIT: I finally beat it T_T

I like the idea of the game of playing as the dragon stopping the adventurers from stealing from their hoard.

Though I didn't get to finish it because I encountered 2 TypeErrors: one during the fight at the end and one when I used an autosave.

I'll find some other way to hopefully finish the game.

Would be good if you can give me any further info at all about those type errors – if it’s an easy fix I may as well fix it as soon as possible. (Which, if I recall correctly, would be as soon as rating is over.)

If you don’t have any further info though, it’s no big deal.
