I'm impressed with the amount of puzzle mechanics you came up with that are actually intriguing as well! And schrodingers cat as a theme works super well with this! Great job :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed the puzzle mechanics and the game’s concept.

Very cool puzzle game.  Fun theme idea with Shcrodinger's cat.  It did start to become a bit crazy about 6 or 7 levels in, but it was an awesome little mechanic.  Great job!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing and leaving a comment! I’m really glad you enjoyed the theme and the core mechanic. I also really appreciate the feedback about things getting a bit crazy around levels 6 or 7. Thanks again for playing, and for hosting the jam!

I apologize, but I can't seem to get past level 3. Nothing happens when I click on the grey node and it just says enter all predictions. Not sure how to proceed.

Developer

I’m sorry the instructions weren’t clear. For the grey node, you need to right-click the cat icons underneath it to rule out the incorrect possibilities. Once only one cat remains, it will be entered as your prediction. Then you can press Start.

Thank you for letting me know—I’ll make the controls clearer!

I am in love with this game... Really well done on every front, this was super fun!

I know exactly how hard it is to make puzzle games, especially designing levels can get really stressful, this is no easy feat! I liked all the levels and I think the difficulty was fair but it got easier toward the end for me.

Also I think I stumbled upon a bug. When you get an answer wrong or leave a blank space, the no state could be determined message appears, which makes sense. The issue is that the game then occasionally locks some of the kitties, preventing you from changing them unless you reset the level? It's hard to explain. It feels like the answer detection is slightly bugged.

Also having the kitties popping out to fill the screen is super cute! They do hinder UI visibility at times, though, My suggestion would be to make them a little transparent or something, so they don't distract you from the puzzle.

Overall though very very very well done!! I love this!

Developer(+1)

Oh my gosh...! I’m so happy to receive such detailed feedback and even a bug report!

I especially love your suggestion to make the cats a little transparent. I think that’s a great idea.

As for the bug, whenever I got an answer wrong while testing during development, I always restarted the level using the Restart button. That’s why I never noticed it, but thanks to you, now I know! While the game is checking your answer, the available cat options are gradually eliminated according to the logic, so that’s probably what caused it. Thanks to your report, I realized how important it is to properly test for edge cases like this!

There are so many things I want to fix and improve! I can’t wait to start working on them once the jam voting period is over.

Anyway, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback!

really well made, art audio and polish are great, but i think puzzles are boring, too easy

Developer

Thanks for the honest feedback! This is exactly the kind of thing that helps me improve. My guess is that the mechanics themselves may have felt a bit shallow, but I'm also curious whether the difficulty curve felt too flat. Either way, this was super helpful!

yeah i hate people glazing my game, there are people who glaze litterally every submission, making a point of they dont want them to drop game dev or something, but if they dont know that their game is bad, they will continue making bad games, until they understand they need to do better

Very cool little puzzle game!  Perfect size for a jam game, and I'm glad I got to experience the whole thing!  The difficulty felt just right to me; there was always enough information to solve things out without needing to resort to guessing, and when I got something wrong, it was immediately clear why it was wrong.  And, of course, the cats are adorable!

I had fun with this; great work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! I’m really glad it was immediately clear why an answer was wrong. Detailed feedback like this is incredibly helpful. I’ll keep doing my best to make even better games in the future!

Very cute! The last level is a little tricky, but I completed it! 😸

Developer

Thanks for playing! You made it through the cats’ nightly routine! 😺

Good idea! Interprets principles of Quantum mechanics to reconize types of cats and lots of puzzles

And I like the way how this game makes player understand the rules and the cats act very cute!

Developer

Thank you for the kind words! I was a little worried that the rules might not be explained clearly enough, so I’m relieved to hear that you liked the way the game introduces them.
