The visuals and audio were extremely cute! I was surprised by the clash of pixel and non-pixel styles in the bakery scene, but I enjoyed seeing both of them. The portraits in the dialogues, Yuuka's reaction to the minigames, and the minigames themselves were especially nice to look at while playing.

I did have trouble operating the minigames, although the biggest issue was the difficulty spike on the cake decorating part due to the short timer. I also ended up hard-locking the game rather quickly. Otherwise, imagining Yuuka as a baker is a really fun idea, and I enjoyed my few minutes trying the game!

OKay, lets start with the good.
The visuals on this are imaculate. the game is so pretty, and i enjoy  making the cute cakes, as well as the small interactions with the characters. The concept is really neat!
And the negative. sadly the bugs, weird  interaction boxes,  design  and jam jank  creeps in on this one. Even when you manage to avoid the softlocks the game is still  pretty janky. The game often doesn't tell you what you need to do (such as what tempature or how to cut Strawberries), and that combined with how Extreamly impatient yuuka is makes the game feel frustrating, or that you just just have to sloppily  toss the cake together, espeicaly with the frosting decor  part. I know yuuka would be  stressed and rushed in this situation but she should seem like she knows what she's doing and not randomly interacting with things until things work.
To end this of on a lighter note, it's my belif that jams are made for this kind of thing. Testing your creativity so see what works and what doesn't. Plus, you made something, which is more then what many people have done. You all should be proud of that, especially  with some of you being inexperienced as you are.  Your first jams come out half baked so your future ones come out better. And You can't make a cake without breaking a few eggs.
So keep doing what you're doing, and  i'd look forward to seeing what idea you guys have planned next

This game was nice and sweet with a enjoyable artstyle and decent story, though it did have a lot of bugs and softlocks. Had to restart twice to just get through the game.

Could use sound effects, obviously bug fixes, and a bit of gameplay variety. Besides that, it's a alright game that I had fun with it.

Sadly the game softlocks after the first stage, so I wasn't able to play that much :*( But I really love games that are very tactile, where you simulate the actions that you are doing, and I enjoyed that a lot.

Also, Elly is in the game, I'm always happy to see Elly in a game n.n

My favorite part: The art is just beautiful, I'm enamored with it. The pixel art sprites, the backgrounds, the portraits, is just perfect. If it wasn't for the soft lock I would pick up this game at anytime <3

The art for this game is so lovely, and the music and the cake making give it such a cute and cozy vibe. The controls and making the cake would be pretty cute, but there's not much difference between each cake in how you make it, and the controls especially I have to fight to do the tasks, especially because I'm not told how I have to do the things.  I thought the sprinkles and the food dye was all drag and drop like most cooking games but they weren't.

Developer

The sprinkles should be drag and drop which is what worked throughout our previous bug tests, but well... it's not like we can assume this worked properly for every single PC so I'm sorry about that. We do appreciate you trying out our game nonetheless!

I want to play more, but the game keeps softlocking after I put on the frosting. The art is quite lovely.

It also softlocks for me when having to put the sprinkles!

Edit: seems to not happen in the desktop version, so maybe it's just the web version being a bit more unstable.

Thanks for checking Strelly! Hopefully we'll have a better working web version in the future but for now we do suggest focusing on the downloaded version over the Web one.

Developer

Thanks for letting us know! It's likely the web version that you're playing as that isn't tested and mentioned in the description. I do suggest downloading the desktop version to try again!

Unfortunately experiencing this as well on the download version. The visuals are really cute though!

Dang, we didn't run into that when we were testing, so it's probably something we missed. Sorry about that again, we do appreciate you guys trying the game out!
