When you install, you get the options to make all enemies male.
as for the cards... look at the settings, there you can change them from to male art.
Even after the new update this is still not a true statement on your end. I have picked male and only men and still all cards are women brothel only has women there is no card change option in settings either.
FOUND IT!
Firsty you have to get into your "home" then click "attack cards" and around the top right corner you will see:
"Card deck gender: change" click it and there it is.
