Really creative and the gameplay is fun, enjoyable and makes me want to play more, I love games that source and hook the player by making them use their brains, and this does it very nicely, more card designs, and complex levels would absolutely make this a full fledged strategy card game, Also as mentioned before by some comments, a hovering text info would go really well considering the games nature and genre
i got to level 11! this game was quite fun with calm music and a nice simplistic artstyle that i really enjoyed. the card mechanics were fun, i liked having to strategize around the different cards and how they synergized with one another. the idea was quite creative and very unique. i really liked the open minded and the neat cards especially because i felt i had to plan everything around them, and doing so was very fun. the gameplay loop was also very addicting (judging by how i got to level 11 lol)
my only criticism is that it was hard to pick up on card rules early on and i had to constantly check how to play to remember everything. i think that hovering over the cards and having it say what they do could help a lot with this at the start. i do think that its easy to learn still though and that i am being nitpicky because everything else is fine.
overall a really solid game and contender for being one of the top.
Nice clean design and relaxing music. The rules are really clever, too!
Definitely hard for a game jam, but a tooltip for the different card rules would definitely be nice. I really like this idea--I could see it being a multiplier game with real cards. Nice job!
Cute game! i like the visuals of it! good job!
Very fun and creative gameplay. Well done!
Really nice concept. Easy to figure out and I really like the art style. I had a hard time figuring out what personalities did at the start because I didn't read (my bad). But once you get the hang of it, it's a cool concept.
you should add a cheeseburger card. anyway
Very fun game! I got to Level 11, experimenting with different builds to see what works better. Great job!
What might help a lot with this game is if there's a little UI pop up that tells you what the different different personalities do when you hover over them like in Hearthstone, also wish when you grab a card you had the option to not use it like right click to return
This game is really fun and well-designed! I spent a lot more time on it than I was expecting. To make it perfect you could introduce the cards one-by-one instead of throwing them all at the player immediately (although the rules are simple to pick up).
Such a creative game! The gameplay felt creative without being too complicated. Although I would add more variation in backgrounds to make rounds feel more fresh. Overall I had lots of fun with this one!
Got to level 12, great game to lose track of time! There is a game-breaking bug with the turns going into negative. You can get quite a few levels in just by moving mouse up and down and clicking fast on the cards, as it doesn't stop you when you have no turns left.
Thanks for letting me know about the bug! And for playing long enough to get to L12.
Perfect game to just chill really, Great looking Art and sound design.
I like how simple the mechanics are <3
The game is surpisingly chill and almost therapeutic in a way. My only piece of criticism is the "score sound" being quite loud and not fitting the relaxed OST. But overall good job, i liked the variety of abilities on existing cards, especially Neat.
This is a good game. Using characteristics as class is something I've never seen before in card game genre. I like how "Empathic" can be some kind of wildcard here. Especially after I build"Open-minded" class with some "Generous" card.
