No matter what the game is or how long or short it has been out
There will ALWAYS be at least one person asking for the gregnant
You'd be surprised how effective is to add pregnancy to these games.
Honestly it should be kinda intuitive bc we all got a free starter pack of breeding instinct in our DNA.
Possibly in the late game, but I'm not someone to casually add something which would massively impact the plot. If pregnancy is introduced, it'll be at a time where the story can support its introduction without being thrown off course.
