I've got an idea for a kind of biological theme. I want giant body parts and organs. I haven't seen any assets like that but the library between the two is.. extensive. Anyone got an idea?

Neither Kay or me have ever made organs, sorry. You can try to use other, similar looking assets and change the color for example. Kay for example has a skeleton, which might work great as... well, a skeleton. Some primitives or fruit could go for organs.
