Hello, I'm Arievix, and I am looking to volunteer on indie projects to build up a portfolio and gain experience working with others. To hear some works, and the style that I am usually most comfortable making, you can click on my soundcloud here: https://soundcloud.com/arievix1.

Feel free to reply here or message me on discord @arievix1

Hi Arievix!

I saw that you’re looking to volunteer on an indie game to build your portfolio

and gain experience working with others.

I’m developing One More Window, a compact 2D narrative-strategy game set inside

an apartment building during a severe winter blackout.

The player has only three emergency power relays. Moving them changes warmth,

safe movement, tools, communication and the opportunities residents have to

help one another.

The project is intentionally small and structured rather than a huge open-ended

game. The audio direction is intimate, slightly tense and human, with a small

recurring motif that can return in warm, cold and uncertain variations.

There is currently no upfront music budget, but I’m not asking for a custom

unpaid audition or an entire soundtrack.

A possible first collaboration would be something small, such as:

- one short central musical motif

- one warm variation

- one blackout or uncertain variation

You would receive clear credit and could use the finished work in your

portfolio.

Would the project interest you? I’d be happy to send the fuller game and audio

brief through itch.io messages or Discord.
