For Vanilla, there is one CG you cannot get if you're just friends! >_< it's the ending where you encourage her to leave (cough the CG occurs in that ending if you romanced her).
If you let her choose on her own, there is some logic where depending on your responses, she stays. To make sure you get the CG, you need to be romancing her, and tell her to leave 😆
