Honestly, this game has great atmosphere! The color palette, background, and music is great. The combat is too easy, you can just spam punch and because it interrupts the enemies and knocks them back a bit, they can never touch you.
The artstyle is so cute! The aesthetic is very retro too. Good Job!

I've been punching and kicking dudes for quite a while. Am I playing an endless loop?
It was not quite clear what the controls were. I was mashing buttons till I found the attack button.

The controls were under the play button in the main menu but I should have included in the description too. Also yeah it goes on infinitely, didn’t have enough time to make full levels.

Interesting idea with making the sfx part of the music ! I wonder if you could force the entire game around the rhythm of the song, making you only able to attack/take damage on-beat. That could potentially feel really cool to play.
