Fun game! Very difficult but managed to squeeze by at the end. Agree with fish that the camera shake was overly intense with lots of enemies on screen. Also very minor thing, but having the selection input for the power-ups be the same as dash meant that I accidentally selected level up rewards a bunch of times which was unfortunate. Overall, I really enjoyed playing!

Fun! My best run I got to about 46 seconds left, I didn't realize there was a dash so a lot of my earlier runs didn't benefit from that. Camera shake was a bit much at times, and it doesn't seem like the movement vector was normalized and so diagonal movement was especially fast. Definitely a good base to expand upon and add wacky upgrades/synergies, good work!

Played a bit more and managed to win! Prioritizing damage early on until I could one hit enemies proved the winning strategy.

I love this genre of games! I think it's a little bit too hard at the very beginning. It took me some time to get past level 4. I think it should scale a little bit slower to give player some time to level up and get the grasp of it. Overall a good job!

This was really fun, I ended up playing for about 40 minutes accidentally (I got into that "just one more time..." mindset immediately). I do think that it could be balanced a little better, as the enemies spawn really quickly in the beginning and I'd often end up with like 50 enemies at my throat before the second upgrade. The closest I've gotten to winning is 48 seconds, and that's without lack of trying!

Thanks for that, I didn't really know how to scale it better since this is one of the first games like this I've made. Any ideas how to fix it or should I just make the enemies spawn and move slower?

Pretty fun! The difficulty scales up way too fast, and the camera shake is a bit too much. But good job overall

Pretty entertaining game! I felt that i was really close to finish it but then I looked at the time and there was still 60 seconds to go!! ahahah. Is there any built that you think is the best to go with? I have always bet for speed above anything else but I started to doubt it.

I'm not sure if theres a best build but the one I use is more bullets and piercing

Really fun game! great job on the game feel with the animations. Felt like the hitboxes were a bit too punishing tho

I only got above 2 upgrades once. A bit too punishing for my taste.

Good job on your first gamejam tho
