As mentioned above, trying the "See if there's any women to recruit" in stutton causes you to be stuck in that screen in a loop, not caring if you did buy the npc or said "i'll think about it" the page, upon being forced to returning to the girl on the screen, defaults to this if the girl is bought (rollback is functional, but i am unable to get the npc)
also, bears bug out the food, no idea how that happens, it says foodnumber NaN
