This was a ton of fun! The artstyle with the nodes and intro sequence and tutorial were awesome! Sometimes it was a little hard to tell in the heat of the moment if an attack happened or not, and it was hard to see the battle and getting the nodes all aligned to the actions, so I was basically only looking at the nodes and the PC occasionally until the enemy died lol. I will say the font is fancy but not super readable, I was doing fine but it could be a lot harder for others to read and understand. Maybe having the option to change to a different font might be something to consider? Overall though this was awesome, great work to everyone!
Fun take on the theme! I really like the twist on linking nodes to be a form of taking actions during combat, it’s unique and it’s implemented pretty well. I do think the game could’ve used with a bit more clarity on what counted as “low” for HP and Mana, which action is gonna active next turn, and generally more feedback on things happening while in combat (enemies breaking your connections, what each node actually does).
Nonetheless, I really enjoyed the presentation and beat the game after losing maybe 2 or 3 times total. Well done!
as a beginner blender artists who knows a bit about composition nodes i see this game as a W
Jokes aside, i really wish this game will be more than just a "gamejam game" as this has a potential to be one of the coolest turnbased rpg's/roguelikes to exist
Thanks for playing!
And yea, that seems to be a common sentiment among commenters XD I'll be sure to leave a 2nd reply if that day ever comes 👀

whoaa the UI is so cleannnnnn, it felt really nice, it looks nice, the movement, the FX, and SFX are so tastefull omigoshhh!
it certainlyplay part durring batle since its the thing i interact the most hwhhwhw
i have abit of trouble with the "pulling the node" sometimes tho, it could be scaling issue on my end that missalign the node hitbox, or the hitbox are really small.
during a panick moments it really got me X3 expecially when the foe disconects plenty of my nodes haha
its a very unique gameplay not gonna lie! that was very cool!
finnaly my times pulling node in blender paid off!
ohh, a little nitpick, but the font is a little hard for me to read X3, but maybe thats just me being dyslexic hehe
its allright tho just a nit pick!
overall its a fresh mechanic for turnbase! that was cool!
art direction and music also great!
Noted noted, thanks you!
if I were to make an expanded version there's gonna be a few overhauls to how nodes feel and the hit box sizes, really XD That seemed to be a rather common complaint

OMG I think this is so unfortunate and sad, because I find everything exceptionally well executed, art, audio, prog, and I just couldn't have fun, and I think it is just because I hope to have fun as a battle game with kind of a "real time build making" and that sounded so fun, but there is just too many mechanics that just kills this fun. I had probably 10% of fun thinking about how to manage my attacks etc to beat the enemies, and 90% of what the hell is it not working x) I made it until the first boss, sometimes it feels completely impossible and sometimes I won but never understood how, I never thought it was because I played well, it just always felt kind of random, and I think this is especially due to the cutting cables and cool-down mechanic, there is a bunch of things happening that feels like I can't predict or adapt to, also probably lacks of clear view of which nodes is being played. Maybe it is also just too difficult? But it doesn't feel like it, it just feels like I'm not able to enjoy what the game wants me to. I think this concept is not totally incompatible, the idea of real time managing your build and attacks to adapt to different fight is super fun on the table. Nothing denies that this game is an IMPRESSIVE amount of work and dedication for a 10 days jam, wow. Honestly, if you plan to do anything more about this game I'll be very glad to try out one day
(Sorry for the wall of text I really wanted to share all I thought about this game cause I genuinely think could be amazing TvT)
Thanks for playing!
But yea, i do wish I had more time to work and expand on this game. In truth I probably only worked 5 out of 10 days on this game Xp If i were (and I do want to) expand upon this game in the future, I think it'd be more settup based, with some addaption. I'd probably also only reserve connection cutting for some enemies rather than a small chance for all.
But what makes you feel that way about the cooldowns? I feel they were kinda necessary for balance and stratify, otherwise strong nodes would have to take a lot of MP instead, and that'd be strange to me at least XD
But yea, no problem!I love long replies and feedback ^^
- Goose
About the cooldown idk maybe just unbalancing then ? O nearly never witness when the node worked but only when they didn't work while I thought they would, that may be just me or a UI understandability problem maybe? I'll be honnest I can't be sure but what I'm sure of is that the cooldowns felt like "no you're not gonna do what you want" x)
Maybe I'd prefer slower attack rate and more tanky ennemis but cooldowns that would be only for some powerful nodes. Thx for the reply btw (how did you manage to do this in 5 days TvT?).
This is hands down my favorite game for this Jam!
Really hectic, but really fucking fun!! :3
The only thing I would really want is some kind of pause button so I have time to reorder my noodles.
Good stuff! :3
Thanks a ton! And thanks for the feedback X3c

cool unique battle game! I had fun playing around with different node effects and beat the final boss ^^
I wish some items have better explanation to the players and clicking the circle nodes was tricky at some point.
keep up the good work <3
I like the mechanics of this a lot, they have a lot of potential! Very creative interpretation of the theme. Having a full tutorial that guides you through one mechanic at a time is really impressive for a game jam entry, and the polish on the menu shows how much effort went into this as well. I like the little paper doll style of the characters.
I played to the end - the game can be quite hard, but it was pretty fun once I got a feel for the strategies. In terms of suggestions maybe nodes could drop their connections automatically when you drag a new one in so it's easier to quickly switch strategies, and the countdown at the start of each level could be a little longer to get things set up. I felt like it might also help to have icons on each of Attack, Magic, Heal and Defend as reminders of the conditions they trigger in (like symbols for high health and low mana on Attack for example).
Very nice idea overall!
Big noted! Thanks for the feedback!! ^^

It looks really polished but it doesn't play very well. You're combining a real time mechanic with something that would normally be a puzzle. The node placement is what I would expect to be given time to think about, instead it's turned into a real time thing where I constantly have to adjust, but this leaves no room for me to think.
On top of that, me thinking doesn't feel worth it because the enemy destroys links between nodes so much anyway.. I made it past like 3-4 enemies before giving up. I think an indication of which node links get destroyed instead of them just disappearing and me not noticing, would help a bit.
It's great you had a tutorial or I would not have known what to do lol. It's very difficult as it stands and I'm surprised I got as far as I did.
"You're combining a real time mechanic with something that would normally be a puzzle".
Well... Yea, that's kinda the point? XD Those kinda linking puzzle games are overdone and kinda boring imo, so why not at least try and make it action-y.
The game is about real time management and repositioning of nodes
I do agree with you on the indication thing, really wish we had that
- Goose
Amazing concept that I would genuinely pay money for!! Should really consider making this into a fuller project :3c
I will consider 👀
- Goose
Cool concept, needs a bit of tuning but the idea is there. Ultimately I cheesed it by just stacking every single node onto defend. Cute birbs
Thanks! And thanks for playing!
But yea, I do agree XD
Tbh, I never did consider that! Both testers I had played very differently, so congrats for finding the 3rd way(? XD)
- Goose
Honestly this is how i played the game XD, Since you regen stuff [Forcing you out of defend] its at least a little dynamic XD -Dool
