Also the open door when he wakes up, and the hospital bill.... Also, the number of new gifts is the same as the new people in the visions.. to explain it.. Sean wasn't obviously receiving these gifts from the well.. he was going out at night and finding his victims.. Those gifts were the victims' belongings, and those well people or visions were fragments of his memory of those murders still in his head.... At the very end of the game, or there is a picture in the house too.. where you can see the house from sky view.. if you notice, there is no well....
