hi!! sorry you had a negative experience, can you tell me about the bug you encountered?

I opened up the game on my Windows 11 current laptop and 10 old computer.

Hi, can you try either of these steps before reopening the game for me:

* Removing d3d9.dll in the game directory (back this up in a folder beforehand)

* Going to Graphics Settings, adding the Start Game.exe file as an app and set the graphics setting to High Performance (for Nvidia cards)

A Windows 10 user also couldn't open the game but was able to after doing the first one. You should try both and see how it goes!
