1- I don't think it's Heavy the Weapons Guy from TF2, if anything I grabbed some samples from a Jersey Club sample pack I have, and then altered the pitch on some of the samples... but to be honest it Does sound like Heavy the Weapons Guy from TF2 i ain gon lie😭😹
