Update: ECHO SHIFT is now public. No password is required.
Hi! I'm testing ECHO SHIFT, a very short browser arcade game built around one rule:
Every manual lane switch repeats automatically a few seconds later as an “echo.”
Play here:
https://human-signal-games.itch.io/echo-shift
A run usually lasts around 15–60 seconds. Please play without studying the instructions too carefully, and stop whenever you naturally feel done.
I'm specifically looking for feedback on:
- Is the core echo rule understandable from playing?
- Do deaths feel fair, or confusing?
- Does the game make you want to retry?
- Is anything broken or difficult to operate on your device?
The build records anonymous playtest metrics such as run results and retry/menu choices. This is disclosed on the game page. It does not collect names, email addresses, or account information.
Written feedback in this thread is optional but appreciated. Thank you!
