The idea of controlling the boss instead of the heroes is really fun. It's the kind of idea that works really well in game jams.

Thank you for playing xD

Excellent concept and it's tied to the theme really tightly: the record you're chasing is the number of WIPES you cause the guild. You're not hunting points, you're hunting other people's defeats. Along with You Are The Boss that's the best perspective flip in the jam, and yours is the more developed of the two.

The comic intro is lovely. The panels appear one at a time as you click Next, hand drawn in a notebook style: the Crazy MMO logo with the purple owl, the guild of little figures with sword, staff and shield, and you as a hooded shadow. Telling the premise in progressive panels is a charming solution, much better than a text dump.

The combat screen is really well thought out. Boss health bar at the top, individual health bars for each guild member on the left, a Wipes counter, a timer, an ability bar at the bottom, and the best detail, the raid chat in the corner: "Attempt #1 / [Warrior]: We're gonna break that record!". That's someone who has actually been in a raid. And the red zones on the floor are the classic don't stand in the fire language that any MMO player reads instantly.

Three things. The guild took me from 486 to 208 health in about 30 seconds while I only had LMB melee attack available, so either the other abilities unlock later or the basic attack is too weak to hold off four heroes. It also wasn't clear how I pick a TARGET, I clicked in the middle of the room and the attack went off but I have no idea at whom. And the intro takes four or five clicks before the menu plus one more after, so a skip intro option would help on repeat visits.

Of all the concepts in this jam, this is one of the ones I'd most like to see finished. Being the raid boss is a great idea.

The music kept me engaged.

Be the boss in the boss fights but the whole run is a roguelike in the same time? Bold idea. Nicely executed. Well done mate.

Great game and great idea on switching the roles. Also the chat box like most online games to deliver the dialogue is a great touch!

Thanks xD
