ever possible for content warning without nsfw option?

like there can be for example warnings like:

- epilepsy and other accesibility warnings

- warnings about content which could be misinterpreted (eg. too realistic or fangames/licenses)

- warnings that game may be hard to play itself or that it requires knowing some knowledge

- other custom warnings related to game (eg. "warning - this game contains clouds/ducks/boxes!" or similar)

which are not necessarily nsfw but may require content warnings too (specially epilepsy warnings or clearing misinterpretation)...

this is what i seen so far (read impossible):

will it ever be possible somewhen?

That's a meta warning. It appears outside of the description, so that you do not even reach the game's description. It is also used for filtering.

Meta warnings and filters for the things you described are non practical.

Just write the warnings in your game's description and at the start screen of your game. These things belong in a disclaimer. You would need an epilepsy warning in the game and not only at a place where you downloaded the game.

And some things are just tags and not warnings. You can warn a player about the ducks in your game for comedy effect of course.

Point me to an example where a site did implement such warnings. Itch is an indie site. It is unlikely that any such common shopping platform features cannot be found. Unless they are not common. So specifically asking Itch to implement something, that no other shop or only some obscure nieche shop has, seems kinda pointless.

Do people really buy flashing eplilepsy triggering assets on purpose?

Why would you do such a thing? It is annyoing for all visitors. Don't do flashing images for your game advertisement.

And if you have them in your game, give a disclaimer at the start. I see those all the time when starting a game. But never ever have I seen such a warning when buying such a game. At least not conciously, and surely not before entering the place where the game description was.

Do you know any shop that has these kind of warning messages before entering? Caution, beyond this point, ducks may be encountered. And some might even be in boxes.
