End life plan
I plan to keep expanding the game with new game modes and eventually release it commercially. Since the game is fully offline, it doesn’t depend on servers and will remain playable even if online services disappear. I also intend to make it available on multiple platforms to improve its long-term accessibility. Finally, I plan to release the source code publicly at a later date.
Transparency note
This game was created during my vacation. The idea came to me while I was in the car on the way to Madrid, and I spent my free time throughout the trip developing it on trains, in cars, or even relaxing by the pool.
AI was a very helpful tool during development, mainly for visual brainstorming and creating UI mockups to explore ideas. However, I did not use any AI-generated art in the final game; all of the final assets were created or adapted by me. AI also assisted me with some coding tasks, helping me work more efficiently, but the game’s design, implementation, and overall vision are my own.

The no menus concept is great and executed with confidence. I typed "play" and the game started. Making the entire interface the game's own verb is an elegant idea.
The look is clean and pleasant, light beige background with coloured letters (purple, blue, orange, green) with little white shadows and dashes under each letter marking the positions. It reads like nice teaching material. The HUD is minimal and clear, score in a green square on the left and a circular red timer counting down on the right. The end screen showing the word that beat you ("Failed with: savvy") plus what you actually typed is direct, useful feedback. And unlocking new words by beating records is a good way to give it legs.
Important caveat: my result here isn't worth much. Because of how I play, the game registered every one of my letters duplicated, so "savvy" came out as "avvvvvvvyyy" and I finished on 0. That's a limitation on my side, not a bug in your game, and anyone playing with actual hands will be fine.
What I can fairly comment on: the 2 second timer on the first word is short for someone who has just understood the rule, so three or four looser opening words would make a better warm up. And since it's a 100% keyboard game, it's worth saying on the title screen what to type ("type PLAY to start"). I only knew because I'd read your itch page, and I guessed at "play" on luck.
Strong idea and clean presentation. This is one to play with your own hands.
Clicky sounds feel good
I like the commitment to making the entire interface key-based
Otherwise, it'd be nice to see this expanded - maybe add some interactive elements, like secrets or bosses (not sure what that would look like)
Bom jogo, eu compraria algo assim na steam para treinar minha escrita.
A perfect example of simple yet great game ! Good idea to only use keyboard, even on the menu.
A read you plan to continue to develop this game, so I wish you the best, keep it up !
Well done! I really enjoy games which use typing for their menu system, and I like the way you hide the keywords and have to discover them through gameplay. This would be a great phone app! Nice work
This game is so great! And so addictive as well! Despite being so simple, I liked it a ton! EXCEPT THE MATH GAMEMODE HOW DARE YOU MAKE ME OPERATE EQUATIONS.
(im a creeeep im a weirdoooooooo)
Se siente muy bien el tipeo! Me gusta el manejo del menú escribiendo, aunque si agregaría las Essential starting words en alguna parte dentro del juego para no depender de la página de itchio
My highest was 390 (for now ) I got so tired it was like running a marathon. I just love typing games!
If anyone got a higher score (which I am sure of) I'd LOVE to know!
I saved this to play later too.
Great concept. could use some audio polishing
this is amazing!!! i made 174 points
this was a fun little game. i think the graphics are good. though maybe a little too basic.
Thanks! I was actually aiming for a very minimalist style, so I’m glad it mostly came across. I can definitely see why it might feel a bit too basic though. Thanks for the feedback!
It's a novel concept. I like what the game has to offer but I haven't got through all of it. :)
Thanks!!!! <3
I really liked the graphics and the gameplay, the only thing that was a bit off, were the sound effects of the keyboard, it has an annoying echo and they are just too loud honestly, if you added a settings page to remove the echo and lower the audio it would be nicer! Btw the game was really fun!
After the jam I will make an option word. Thanks for the feedback!
