Quick question: any ideas if this doesnt work for Windows 10? Friend of mine has this issue with Windows 10, I also have this issue but Im on Linux
Check if all your drivers are up to date / installed correctly
If you are on a VM and have no drivers it also failes
Probably a dependency on a GPU driver that some may not have
