Very nice game. Very slay-the-spire/creature combat. I like that all the rules are on the cards.

Great game, and loved the art style! It felt really polished , had  a great time, congrats

Very fun! I went with an all offense strategy with allies and it worked for a while, but eventually the lack of ability to choose which enemy to attack got me. Good job!

Incredibly creative game! The card mechanics and stair-descent concept are brilliant, especially for a solo project. A tiny bit more background detail on the stairs would be neat, but overall, it’s ridiculously addictive. You can play this for hours!

Very fun game, well done !

Its very polished and the gameplay is great and enjoyable. It haspotential to be a full game, i ussually now give suggestions and feedback, but this game is awesome, i dont know what to say XD. It even has a leaderboard. I will return here after jam finishes to play more. Maybe you can make a background, but its great as it is. Congrats !

Also, you can try my game if you want, it just takes 5 minutes ;)

the creativity is amazing and i love the idea of the cards and the decending down the stairs. it is realy inpressive work all by yourself. mabye you could have add a bit more background of the stairs but that is just a tiny detail. I love this game! you could play it for hours and hours and hours. I's so addicting!

thank you so much for your kind words! im so glad you enjoyed playing :)

Nice polish overall. The little animations and sounds make a big difference. How did you manage to do this in such a short time? Good job!

Developer

thank you very much! I have already made a few card game prototypes in the past, so I could re-use quite a lot of generic code for things like your hand and drawing cards, which definitely helped :)

Very cool!

The theme with countdown is not very strong, but i love the art. plays smoothly too

cheers!

Nice job! Really polished with the tutorialization, tooltips, art, and strategy variety. I did have an issue where I armed my support bot, not realizing that since they don't target anything they would never use the extra damage. Oops! My bad at comprehension!

Developer

thank you very much! there are definitely a few not super intuitive interactions like that, hope it wasn't too annoying

Love the slay the spire inspiration!<3 I think you did such a great job with tutorial and introducing different cards. It made entire game play really smooth, easy to understand and pick up. Really cozy cute and well polished

Developer

i really appreciate your kind words :)

I'm really bad at building decks, apparently. I'm seriously in love with this game, though! Great rating all around, and your game is now saved on my otherwise empty page xD

play the game I helped on! /jam/gmtk-jam-2026/rate/4823513

Reminds me of Slay the Spire

Developer

that (along with magic the gathering) was definitely my biggest inspiration, so that makes sense!

I was really impressed with how far these card mechanics went. Creating my deck and getting my team of little guys out onto the field was always satisfying. The whole experience felt quite polished with stand-out visuals and sound. Just a nice "cozy" vibe all around. Big fan of this one!

Really nice interpretation of the theme, I liked really like the art style and sound effects. I wish that there was more added to the turn based combat.

Developer

thank you very much :)

This was really excellent!  I'm seriously impressed by bringing turn-based card combat like slay the spire out in a game jam, and I especially love how your simple system here provides a surprising amount of depth.  If you put this on steam I'd 1000% buy it - especially for your character art, which has its own brand of delightfulness.  Nicely done!

Developer

thanks so much for your kind words! :)

Great game, it looks really sharp and has its own cohesive, edgy style. I had a good time. Thanks!

This is a really awesome game, well done. The mechanics are clear and the game works well.

It could definitely benefit from some UI tweaks, the card text is very small and the HP numbers were sometimes hard to read with the colour of background. That said it was very enjoyable and I played many floors before stopping to write this and I will be playing it again. It needs a good amount of polish but there is clearly something very playable here.

Developer

thank you ! :)
