very cool game, and very ambitious for 4 days of work! I think having so much choice right at the start can be a bit overwhelming, especially since until you've played the game a bit you don't know what's worth investing in, but I really like the subversion that you have to try to avoid picking up XP to keep your powers active if you want to stay alive. Turns the pickups into environmental hazards (and the magnet pickups into a terrifying experience). Congrats on the submission, this is awesome!

This is interesting game and I see the the game is really difficult but in 4 days making its great, If you have time, pls review and rate my game and this is a great game.
It's interesting reversal of survivals genre.
Visuals are tight (although there is some layering bugs)
The music is suitably pump (although would love to have more variety and longer loop)
The mechanics are very in-depth!
For a 4 days project incredibly impressively polished.
But also very difficult!
Lovely concept. Just like amazing this much done in 4 days is unbelievable great stuff. Well done ! If you have some spare time please check out my game too
This feels like a big scope creep. The visuals are nice, the music is very fitting, and the overall execution is solid. I was a bit overwhelmed by the UI element at the beginning, and for some reason your text in the UI won't scale to fit. It's very pixelated, almost unreadable. Also, during the gameplay, I'm not sure if the big health & ability, etc. UI needs to be this big. It was blocking a big chunk of my field of view, and that would be a bummer if an enemy is hiding behind the UI. You can always scale small to big and small again if big moments or critical moments appear and are crucial to show, but during gameplay it was rather distracting. But overall it's a solid concept. Good job!
really nice! i liked all the ability options and the fighting mechanics were really well executed. nice upgrade loop. art is cool too, and nice creative take on the theme. i could have done with less AI text but maybe i just have to read too much of it these days. nice work though i enjoyed it!
You know I may be low on the leaderboard but hey I'm on there! Great spin on the vampire survivor genre and incorporating the countdown theme. Nice work ^^
This is a great game!! Very high replay value, addicting, I can definitely see myself spending multi-hour long sessions grinding it out!!
Such a cool game, and such potential in replayability. Love the art, the music, and the variety in abilities!
I love the game design! The way that you have to AVOID the xp orbs just to not lose levels is actually really creative and innovative! The GUI was quite too big for this game but I’d say it’s pretty much playable regardless! Great job!
I love the reverse vampire survivors game design, it fits the count down theme perfectly. It also has pretty good balance.
The art and audios are both top notch.
Great Job!
Really cool game! I love the art, and it feels good to play! I really liked the way you choose your different powerups, and which to be removed during gameplay :)
Very cool game! I think the concept is really cool! The visuals and music are great! Really impressed with how many abilities you got in there! Nice work!
Very intense and fun to play. I didn't read all the text at the beginning, ha ha there were too many stats. God job, man!
Fun I liked the style and the perks!
If I must say something negative I would critique the amount of stats/info at the start
however as somebody who likes reading random stats and experimenting it wasn't too bad and didn't negatively affect my thoughts.
Would love to see a full release!
Nice game !
To much info at the start, but makes sense if you start terribly strong and go weaker with every level. Personally it was hard to know if i was selecting or not an ability at the start, in my third run i saw the select/selected text, but it should be made with some visual, like changing the frame color of the ability. Also its confusing when you enter that ability selector, and half the abilities are already selected. The fact that you start with everything and then go weaker i feel it isnt explained as good and clear as it should be, i mean its the unique mechanic of the game, and its on the third page of the How to play guide. There should be a big text before the ability selection menu so you guarantee every player understands the game, you should emphaszize that info because it is so different from what usually happens in other games, and players tend to avoid reading thinking is just another game and suddenly there is a lot of abilities and doesnt know what has to do. Overall its an awesome game, with nice visuals and audio, it can be polished a little bit more (the level up menu for example its strange when opening, feels like it opens two times or something), but its nice as it is, great job !
Also, you can try my game if you want, it just takes 5 minutes ;)
I really liked the overall feel of the game! For something made during a game jam, it feels very polished.
One small suggestion would be to reduce the amount of text a bit to keep the pacing snappier, although I completely understand that jam time constraints may have played a role, or that this might simply be the right design choice for this type of game. Either way, I think the final result turned out really well.
Congratulations, and great job!
