This game is so stressful and i LOVE it! So far this is the first game in this entire jam where I have actually felt quiet threatened by the countdown. Having to juggle all tasks within the limited time was pretty challenging and had me running all over the place but everything was balanced enough for the player to be able to do all tasks realistically within the time limit.
Only in the start it took me a while to understand what i was actually supposed to do so I think the game would appreciate a tutorial screen. Also the map is a bit confusing at first glance and would appreciate a player marker on it.
Other than that, the art is pretty good all over and I love how the music reacts when you are running out of time on certain tasks. Game balance is also pretty spot on.
Overall this is a really solid game, I love it :)
This is a really unique concept for a game, and I really like the art and sound design! The letters from the king and the menu settings being rings on the bar were also very unique and a nice touch! I'm not good enough to finish this game, but I can tell a lot of effort was poured into it.
This game was pretty funny. I like the humor with the king and his 'forgetfulness'. The individual minigames were pretty fun and creative. Probably the biggest issue was just being unable to easily see where all the tasks are. But besides that, the gameplay is really fun.
Good job!
Great game!!! I really enjoyed it. The pixel art is AMAZING, and the whole gameplay magnificent. (the difficulty scaled a bit suddenly, probably skill issue lol) but still, i loved it!! Respect!!
Great art and aesthetics! Everything felt fairly polished and I liked the writing on the letters between levels. Took a bit to learn the mechanics, but after I did I really enjoyed frantically running around performing tasks in Warioware fashion. Good submission!
I think it's a good concept, but I feel like it needs an instructions tab on the front page to at least explain the game mechanics. I had to restart multiple times and got frustrated. 2nd round had so much going on and again, was confusing. I did really enjoy the mechanics for the coin telling, but that was about as far as I got. Definitely a great concept though that I could see doing well with some tweaks.
Thanks for your feedback! Had we more time we would surely take more care to ease the player into the core loop, but unfortunately deadline creeped up on us way too quickly. The best thing to do now is to add additional instructions on the game page to mitigate the confusion a bit.
Took me a sec to figure out but cute little game, I like the pixel art and especially the count's (viscount's?) run animation!
Danse Macabre works hilariously with this game. Its neat, reminds me of warioware
Loved the artwork. The time constraint was hard though, but I don't think it's too far-fetched to believe this will get mentioned in the video.
