Wow this is really creative!
Great idea of using time and a clock as a mechanic, and i really like this option to change the speed, so you don't have to wait forever, or allow more time to grow the flowers.
Only thing I would improve is how you plant the flowers, maybe let the player drag the mouse instead of clicking etc.
Very well made overall.
