Having your speed/jump change  over the course of a single level should be disorienting, but you make it work somehow! It made a platformer into a fun puzzle game about choosing the right stats. Well done.

Not to mention: two thumbs up for a bird based entry!

Loving the art style, it's really cute! The concept is very clever too, took me a while to figure it out but it's great. If I may give you guys some feedback, I think things such as a reset button and an arrow showing the player where the goal is would make this game feels much better.

Great platformer, I love that every jump it gets better! I usually switch to jumping mode immidiately

So simple but so enjoyable! I had a blast going through all four levels! It has that flappy bird sort of vibe where I just want to keep playing. Great work everyone :)

Also- Emma your art is top tier, never change.

This was a really cute concept! I loved the little legs and wings hatching out of the egg as you went. It took me a few moments at the beginning to realize that you could swap between speed and jumpability - the balancing for the two seemed a bit iffy to me, though, because it felt, to me at least, that you just ALWAYS wanted jumpy to be increasing. That being said, I was unable to finish the final level because I just couldn't get up high enough in time, and got stuck on one of the early jumps (there's a spot between a really narrow section that I kept falling because I couldn't get far enough on the jump to the next platform, breaking, and then wasting many valuable seconds respawning then getting stuck on egg-shells). That being said, the base concept like I said was really great and I LOVED the little bird sprites (both for making the nest and failing).

Thanks for the feedback Asara! I'm one of the programmers for this game and DUDE! I know that part of level 4 too well (our artist playtested the game like two hours after we submitted and they gave up at that part cause it was too damn tricky). I'm working on a revised version of the platformer focusing on balancing rn. Probably gonna make some horizontally focused levels, or levels where too much jump height cause you to break on the ceiling and junk. But it's all for fun anyway, and I'm glad you had a good time! (And I'll be sure to convey your compliments to our artist!)
