Hey! great gameplay and good tutorial! I just found it a bit hard but I only tried 2 times and I went to the third boss. Maybe it could have been better to have some save between bosses so we don't have to restart all bosses when we died. But I found the mechanics of the second boss really cool when the letters disappear. Maybe it also have been cool to do a roguelike based game where the bosses are random and where they have unique mechanics you have to master before going to the final one. But in one word, good job! I was really fun!

An absolutely incredible game that excels at everything, with a great theming, gameplay, art, and audio. Might be one of the best games to come out of this jam, great job!

Another Common W from Enzo, love the musical themes, how you help shape the narrative with the pick 3, and once the notes started disappearing and moving I realized I was playing something I'll be losing hours playing!

Good game, gorgeous art. I'm shit at it. My being horrible at games like this will not influence my rating I still had alot of fun with it.

Such gorgeous art and colours, beautiful work! I especially loved the transitions revealing the black on yellow version of the level art, so well executed.

The gameplay was simple, but with a surprisingly tricky difficulty curve, the king hiding some of the notes on a long sequence was brutal.

Only constructive feedback I can think of is that the upgrades felt somewhat unnecessary with the amount of levels, it didn't really feel like much was effective apart from healing if you had messed up earlier rounds.

Fantastic submission, thank you for making this!

Very great work, loved the artstyle, I could play this game for a long time.

Really great entry, I absolutely love the visual voice here - not just the fantastic art but the sudden screen transitions and the colour choices as well are absolutely mint 👌

Gameplay wise, this was more challenging than I expected! I was pleasantly surprised when the pick three element came and am impressed with the depth you've mined from this deceptively simple concept (although I kind of wish they were a little more helpful sometimes) - I also love the different ways you've devised to throw off the player when they're tyring to type.

I'm deffo not particularly good at this game yet, but I'm looking forward to getting back to it after the jam. All told, a fantastic entry, hats off to dev :))

Let me tell you, this was not fun to play on my newly acquired split keyboard  :D Playing on a normal keyboard where I could find WASD and arrows easily made it much better! Such a great submission. The atmosphere was really amazing!

The art aesthetic gives me really creepy, esoteric vibes - everything feels like the scrawlings of a madman who's lost all hope, etched on the walls  of some forgotten cave. It fits the vibe really well - and it all fits seamlessly with the gameplay.

The mechanic is simple - press buttons in the right combination, to play a song, and avoid making mistakes. The sound design works really well in hand with that, and it quickly spices up with each encounter with a lord of the Deep Under having unique spins on that mechanic. When the notes started to fade in and out, or move on their own, it really started to shine!

It's a deceptively simple loop, and the choice mechanic between bouts gives me Inscryption vibes. I could see a navigation choice with differing paths working really well for this.

All in all, really fun to play, deceptively simple, and rocking an incredible atmosphere!

I absolutely loved the atmosphere and music of this

Great game, I loved it. Left me wanting more (thank you). My first all 5 star rating. Lovely style and aesthetic, all the attention to detail makes it such an enjoyable experience. I managed to finish with only making 4 mistakes!

Fighting the enemies felt simple but very satisfying, I liked when the controls would hide from you or move around to distract you from playing. The vibes on this are top notch though I like the atmosphere you've setup through the music and the art-style.. this was very impressive.

I LOVE THIS. The atmosphere, the gameplay, and the artwork is great. Feels like the type of game that should be in an art museum. 10/10 no notes. :)

This is a really good game. I like the mood and story, as well as the different mechanics each lord has when you reach halfway.  My only complaint is that the upgrades don't tell you what they do, which feels a tad unfair. But overall, this is fantastic! Now if only I didn't suck at this kind of game...

fantastic game, I adooore how the simple mechanic evolves over time with subtle variation and it's just such a perfect jam entry, a short little proof of concept that just leaves you smiling

I think as simple as it is, it deserves full marks across the board, it's so moody and beautiful, this is such a prime example of the kind of game people should make for game jams, you absolutely nailed it
