End life plan
ONE MORE CREDIT is a static Godot 4 web export with no servers, accounts, analytics, or external services. Saves live in the player's own browser. If itch.io ever goes away, the game is a single zip of static files that runs anywhere that can serve HTML, and I'll keep the browser build downloadable here so anyone can host or play it locally. I also plan to publish the full source (GDScript, all dialogue and balance data in plain text config files) in a public GitHub repository under a permissive license, and to add a downloadable desktop build after the jam.

This was lots of fun! I liked how it was a race at the end, kind of like the quick time events you find in games where you mash a button until you win. I also liked how GAR was trash talking most of the game, it made winning very satisfying!

This is the perfect distillation of the Jam Theme. First you chase the high score, then GAR chases you! That ending was a lot of fun, and I love the Gar's little dialogue.
