This is ubisoft making a satisfying puzzle game! I loved the gameplay, the sound effects, the smoothing atmosphere and the mechanics. But why is there a shop, why are there pop-ups?? I would just scrap them!
Also, I feel like you get way too many moves, the countdown aspect doesn't really fit for me and takes away from the cosy magic of this game. I think it's why you probably just gave me infinite moves every level, but for this jam I don't think this game is a theme fit. It is a very good game though :)
Very cozy and relaxing game. Sets out and does exactly what it aims to accomplish. Feels hard to believe this was made in a few days
Thank you for the Feedback. We talk about the secret of our level building on our tik tok. Maybe this helps to understand how we created this.
Really simple but fun puzzle game, was VERY surprised by the amount of stages, there is so many....
The audio and music were great, and honestly, the sheer amount of levels is unbelievable! A really impressive project overall.
Thanks a lot!
Music is very relaxing, perfect for a chill puzzle game like this!
Thank you for playing. Tottomoris music is awesome. We needed to use his stuff from the open arcive!
pixel art: god tier edition
cant wait to get this game completed and see it on apple store or google play dude keep it up
Thank you. That's nice to hear!
Great concept! Really enjoyed thinking through the puzzles!
The controls could do with some work though, it was hard to understand which way the lanterns would turn based on the mouse click, and the difficulty ramps up very quickly after the tutorial stages. The time limit also doesn't really add anything to the game, and you can just restart the puzzle after you fail anyway, and I didn't see a reason to use the shop.
Would love to see it fleshed out into a full release!
Thank you for your feedback. We see the points and will dissguss them.
In the end we ran out of time, so we saw a few of your kritiks coming. We are very happy that you liked the concept and enjoyed the puzzle.
A game made in 4 days with over 1000 levels. Found the new rival of candy crush. XD
I really enjoyed the game. Admittedly with a simple mechanic, but with the amazing atmosphere and setting it makes for a perfect cozy game of infinite duration. I still need to give a try on the special challenges.
I feel though the move limit is not that relevant in the levels, since you have plenty of moves to rotate each torch at least once.
Here's the vod, just in case (first game, at 0:04:00)
Thank you for your feedback. We were so happy that you streamed our game, Thank you for sharing the stream, too!
You defenetly should try the challenges, here the limit maybe is more important. But all in all the balancing between how we can balance the Move Countdown to the relaxed vibe was hard to figure out during the short jam time. You're feedback in this post and you're thoughts during the stream relly help us understand that in a better way. So thank you again.
I'm impressed you have so many levels! Seems like they are randomly generated which does make the difficulty sometimes swing up and down - but it's very relaxing and chill so that's not a huge deal.
The art was nice and the music was relaxing.
I do feel like the "counting down" aspect was a little shoe horned in - in fact I think the game would probably be better without it as it did add a little stress whereas no limit on rotates would encourage more experimentation. But still a good game that I could see someone spend a lot of time on.
I feel like the hints should show steps in the middle of the puzzle, not the steps from the beginning or where you are. I enjoyed the vibe of the game, chill atmosphere for solving some hard puzzles.
Maaan I love the vibes and the Soundtrack ! Def a game I would buy :)
really chill and cozy vibes. Nice job!
Very nice and relaxing! Definitely a cute little puzzle game that you can also just play outside the jam :D
Very relaxing, loved the art style, especially the grass.
very relaxing with even better visuals.
Nice menu you've got there! Game mechanic is very chill! Remind me of Talos Principle a little, with those connectors emitting light :)
Good job!
Nice art! And the gameplay is very relaxing
Thank you.
I enjoyed the chilled vibes of the puzzles. Seeing the lanterns light up on the map was visually very satisfying. I didn't find a use for the shop stuff, I figured if I got a puzzle wrong I would just restart.
Thank you for your feedback.
The music itself and audio are really soothing, really nails the vibe you're going for! The art that's there is nice but I do wish there was more of it. I also wish the shop had more of a use? I didn't find the game to be very challenging as far as I played, so I never needed to use any of the help systems. Them being there is a great idea, but all my currency felt like it was wasting away. Some sort of decoration system might have fit the game nicely? What's here is very nice and well polished, I just wish there was something a little bit more. Very very nice and chill, though!
Thank you for the feedback!
I thought it would be like this, I did not want it to be too hard or too easy either, balancing was pretty hard here :) I can work with the feedback tho!
Also I absolutely agree with the artwork, we had so many ideas and only so much time. We will definitely add stuff to it :)
