i couldn't figure out how to build more raft, i liked being able to move the magnet mid toss and reel

Developer(+1)

It looks like the building system ended up being a bit confusing to understand - I might figure out how to improve it, or add a short tutorial. Thanks! Being able to rotate the magnet mid-reel was actually originally a bug, but now I'm a bit torn on whether I should keep it as a feature or change it.

Fun little Raft-like game! My favorite strategy was charging up the magnet and throwing it while I spin in circles. I will say the building menu/construction was a bit confusing, but I figured it out. I love that you made the game local multiplayer! Shared keyboard games make me feel a sense of nostalgia.  Well done!

Thanks for playing! I was inspired by browser games I used to play with friends back in school, so it's great to hear that came through. I tried to fit the controls into as few keys as possible for local multiplayer on a shared keyboard - most building systems usually rely on a mouse or number keys, which might be part of the issue here. Do you think the building menu needs an actual redesign, or is it more of a first-time-experience thing that a bit of tutorial/onboarding would fix?

Yeah that makes sense. Fitting a building system fully on the keyboard does sound like a tricky task. I bet a bit of onboarding would make it a lot less confusing!
