Fun spin on the theme. Good job.

Simple but crative way to follow the theme!
The gameplay isn't as engaging as I wanted it to be (since it's just one simple mini-game), and I think there isn't clear what arrows counts as pointed down
I liked the music and audio, but I think it'd be more fun if the collision souds matches the collisions
Good job!

Oh haven't seen anything like this one on this jam :D Cool concept, the twist makes it so much harder :D I think I had a bug tho when two arrows merged, I swear they were both pointing down but end guess was one :<

I really like it, it's a nice take on the theme, having to count fast quickly became challenging, but doable :). One thing, I think sometimes the system did not count some arrows which to me looked like they were pointing down, I guess that was a pretty difficult thing to implement though. Great job, I had a lot of fun!

So fun, I count arrows :D

I'm assuming the ray that checks "downness" fires at spawn and so sometimes my interpretation of what was "down" got a little mixed up, but cool idea!

Thanks for playing!
you will need to count how many arrow pointing at the red ground when the timer end.

I found it pretty frustrating to figure out how the system considers which arrows are pointing to the red ground. Anyway I love the sounds nd the music makes you want to keep trying again and again. It's a very good concept!

Thank you so much!
Actually it's just a straight line of arrow pointing the red ground (Raycast). so if its near the blue wall it probably will not counting as point the red ground

Nice simple game concept, good use of the theme. I’m really confused by what counts as down, though. It seems inconsistent. But the sound the arrows make when they hit the ground is satisfying!

Thanks!
Actually it's so simple, you just need to see and guess if the arrow point at the red ground. i am using raycast to project the line to the ground

That makes sense! Thanks for clarifying. I enjoyed playing a couple more rounds knowing this and I like it a lot more now. It is a little weird against walls, and I think it could have worked better if it was checked based on the actual rotation values, but the game is very nice. Great work!

funny interpretation of the theme, wish there were a bit more of a challenge to it. hiding the arrows is a good start

Developer(+2)

Thank you, i really consider a lot of challenges for this game. But manage to create only this for the gamejam.
Planned challenge will be  coloured arrow and need to count specific colour, shorter time, and more obstacle at the ground to make the arrow more harder or unpredictable. And probably will be bouncy arrow so it will be hard to predict the move and ending

I liked the sound of the arrows, and it's interesting how the game plays with the direction they're pointing; it took me a while at first to figure out which ones were the right ones, but I managed it in the end, a very interesting game concept.
