Creative idea and very playable! An inverted level-down is indeed Count Down!  I was able to beat the game quite probably due to the generous "diamon" granting that I can spend on almost all skills. So maybe late on tuning can make this even more re-playable! Overall this well executed smart idea! Bravo.

Very cool game. I felt like the level down was a bit too slow but otherwise I had great fun! Great job!

Absolute banger of an entry. Once I figured it out, I loved it. 5/5 and great design instincts! *round of applause*

Very creative concept and interpertation of the theme!

I didn't see the upgrade tree. My strategy was to camp in the corner and hit the enemies - I ended the game with -3600 HP lol - I was never hit. I think ranged enemies might help to prevent that. I'm also not sure, but it's seem like all levels took the same time, not sure

The level screen and animation was really well done, but honestly I wish there was a way to skip it on the end.

it could be interesting to choose to lose an ability rather than hp/damage and/or keep everything but gain some sort of drawback. You said you overscope so it's understable. Lots of potential here!

Love the take on Countdown; didn't expect to see this style of game being converted into leveling down. It was extremely creative, and I LOVE it. Got myself down to level 0!

Great game, super enjoyable to play!

I hit level 0! Really cool game! I thought the concept was really cool, and I loved all of the little animations that showed up throughout the game. The only main things I noticed were that some of the upgrades seemed a little cheap for their usefullness, and that the level down screen could be kind of slow which got a little annoying after seeing it so many times in such short succession

This was REALLY fun to play, and pretty original too! A "must play" of the Game Jam.

Of course I had to test other games named "Level Down"

Your take is interesting, as you mention it definitely feels like unfinished, still a great experience

I do love the art style and the concept. With a little more time, this could be a real banger!
