A fresh and clever rhythm‑take on the countdown idea. The ghost theme, goofy characters, and excellent sound work make it stand out. I noticed a slight desync at times, but it’s still a tense, nostalgic, and super enjoyable entry.
(And with the new Rhythm Heaven out, this just boosted my rhythm game addiction even more. Absolutely loved it, great work.)
Harder than it looks, but I love that many of us made a rhythm game this year and the idea is clear and well presented, congratulations :)
Nice idea and great execution ! I especially like how the various ghosts are integrated with the music and how it builds gradually
There's been a lot of countdown and click to 0 game but yours definitely have something special! I love the ghost themed game and making it a rhythm game is so smart. The sound work is amazing, including the music. Maybe it's my browser but I felt the countdown and the beat was not in total sync.
Honestly great game! Congrats!
Really good rhythm game! The yellow ghost countdowns were really tricky for me. Great soundtrack, and fun quirky art!
very fun and nostalgic! good work definitely built the tension
This game is so good man. I'm awful at rhythm games but I still had a lot of fun! The character designs are so good, I love how goofy they all are. Absolute masterpiece
Really fun! Made it through my first try but I was on my last heart for most of it so it felt intense.
Great audio and great game! Loved it!
Thank you!!
Really funny, like a good Rhythm Heaven game should be ! (thanks for the restart button !)
Thank youu! (This is completely unrelated, but out of the Rhythm Heaven series, Rhythm Heaven Megamix is the one I played the most.)
(Megamix is awesome ! ... now I want to take my 3DS and play...)
Whoa.. this rhythm game was great! (I also made a rhythm game) The music was hypnotic - I was really locked in, the beat cues were perfectly timed, the game loop fun and satisfying. I liked the retro flash art style as well. Great job!
Thank you for playing. I’m also happy that we’re both rhythm game creators :D
great rhythm game, especially given that it's made on scratch! the level could use a bit more variety tho, for example it would be really nice to see the yellow countdown being combined with other.
anyways, once again you did not dissapoint ;)))
We met at the last jam! Yes, I think your point about the yellow countdown makes perfect sense (I couldn’t think of any other options). Thank you for the feedback and for playing again! :DDD
guys, i think we have the winner
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I loved the ghost visuals and the animations they had, and the song was really fun to play.
Thank you. I’m very happy that you like the visuals.
Great job! I didn't expect to like it as much as I did!
I’m glad you liked it. Thank you for played!
ngl i dont love the light flashing thing but other than that the game is pretty good
That particular presentation might indeed be a bit of a matter of taste for some people. But I am truly grateful that you played this game!
SCRATCH MENTIONED, IT'S PEAK, GIVE THIS ONE THE AWARD! Seriously though, this is one of my favorite rhythm games I've ever played. Mechanically it's super simple but fun, the visuals sync up super nicely (how in the world did you do that btw? Scratch is super hard to sync up to music, even with the timer) and the graphics are super appealing. Absolute cinema, one of my favorites from this jam.
Thank you! I’m genuinely happy to receive praise for the fact that it was made in Scratch. (no sarcasm intended!) To sync the music and rhythm, I used TurboWarp to run it at 60fps and utilized a specific blocks from an extension. That allowed me to successfully eliminate “almost all” audio desync issues.

ohh interesting, I didn’t know that the 60 fps could do that! Always awesome to see another scratcher in the wild!
Absolutely incredible entry.
Love this so much - there are lots of rhythm games - but this one felt the most like the rhythm mechanic was part of the narrative as well as just being executed well.
The only thing I would have liked would have been to be able to continue from a certain phase, or at least skip the tutorial, but yeah was amazing work :D
Thank you for playing. I had planned to implement a tutorial skip function, but we couldn’t because it would have slowed down the tutorial’s pace :(
Super fun, I like how I really have to focus and keep track of the beat even when the music changes. Going to keep playing until I can make it to the end.
Thank you. She’s the one in charge of surprise attacks :)
Rhythm heaven, hire this man. All jokes aside, really cool game! I haven't played a lot of rhythm games but i really enjoyed this one :D
I really like the way you complimented me! :D Thank you for playing.
