How does your game fit the theme?
Every level has a certain blood limit which constantly counts down. You must make it to the end of the level before your blood vial reaches zero. The story follows Vesper as he races to Count Dracula with only a few hours left in the night. Each level was designed to be attempted multiple times and for the player to bring their level times down as much as possible.

Congrats on submitting! The blood vial time-limit mechanic is a clever way to build tension and force fast-paced movement. Designing levels specifically for speedrunning and optimization fits the jam vibe perfectly, and the theme of racing to reach Count Dracula before dawn is really cool. Great work!

Most platformers only have one right answer and the challenge is landing your jumps and dashes at the right time. This platformer is unique in the sense that there are more than one way to beat a level which makes this game really fun. Great job on designing creative levels :)

Unfortunately, after Neon White, I decided to avoid such games. I'm too attracted to the opportunity to find a way to get a better time :)

No kidding, I was glad to see such a game on the jam. It's always interesting to try to find an interesting way to complete a level. Good job!

Simple but fun concept. Really need to plan out the route well with the bomb levels. The controls can still be improved a bit to make jumping and wall jumping tighter but this is already quite fun.

I like it, it was pretty fun. At first I thought the jump controls will be annoying but they are actually pretty clever and fitting the vampire theme. The wall-jumping could be improved though. I was able to do it but didn't really "got it".

On levels 9 and 10 there were excessive blood fountains, I didn't need all of them. Also I wasn't able to finish level 11, the one with 3 different bombs. It was just too hard for me.

I wish the timers on bombs were more polished. They could, for example, beep and blink faster and faster before they explode!

Overall pretty cool game!

Funny take on the theme. Still couldn't master the controls but maybe I'm just bad at precision platformers. I got frustrated midway though that's only because I was gunning for the shortest time. Otherwise, cool game.

Cool idea! Controls are a bit slippery but love the design of the blood fountains, good theming with the look and sound.

At times I found the controls a bit tricky, but I enjoyed playing  it.

Congrats!

I like the concept of a player being vampire also enjoy playing the levels yeah some time the jumping from platforms feels hard.

having the dash which consumes so much blood was a very good mechanic that made moving much more interesting to think through

I enjoyed the levels, they are very intuitive! The vampire feels very floaty and slippery however, so movement feels a bit off, I enjoyed it nonetheless.

That was really fun!
