This actually hooked me way more than I expected. With very few elements you managed to create an atmosphere that was quite stunning. Being a fan of Outer Wilds, I see connection there and I'd love to see a version of this concept maybe more pushed. I was curious to know if there couldn't be a version of the game where the photo shows you what was there but not really making it appear in the environment. But you would walk on the invisble stairs that you see in the picture but not in the game.
I really think you should keep pushing the concept! That was fun!
