I love your game !!! I clicked on it because of the vegetables in the thumbnail (I made a game with veggies too I wand to see how you used them) and instead of just getting cute art, I got the whole package ! Gameplay is fun and the level design is cool, I love that you made it so that in some levels you shouldn't go over the limit (it's more interesting than just getting all the carrots). And the chef's voice is the cherry on top, it adds a lot to the vibe.
Good job and good game
Thank you so much!
Cute game and it's very enjoyable to play! I appreciate how the physics were deterministic, so instead of "hoping" that the launch would work as it did in previous runs, I could focus on tweaking the final part of the sequence (i.e. move one block) to ensure all the ingredients were met. Having the limit of matching the amount exactly made for some really interesting puzzles. Well done :)
Thanks!
yess 👌
Fun concept! Although I found it pretty difficult, especially when you had to only collect a certain number of ingredients, but it was well executed, well done! :D
Thank you!
Awesome game!! The chef carefully watching you and chiming in is super cute and charming. I also felt the controls were intuitive and satisfying. The feedback loop is quick with the start/stop, so it’s easy to make adjustments if your solution didn’t go quite the way you expect. I would love to play more levels if you make them!
Some minor nits: the cannon guidelines don’t fully line up with where the sprite moves. I also felt there was a huge jump in difficulty/complexity, but IMO that’s expected for a game jam.
My biggest gripe is the relation to the theme. Yes, you are “counting” ingredients and moving “down”, but that still feels like a stretch. Regardless, enjoyed the heck out of this one – great work!

Thank you for the detailed feedback! I really wanted to fix the cannon guidelines before the end of the jam, but I didn't get a chance to unfortunately. :( I also agree that I am stretching the theme quite a bit. I started with an idea that fit closer, but then it evolved a lot and turned into this. Glad you enjoyed it! I will make sure to give your game a look.
Love the way chef says yeeeessssss. I thought I was doing well, but then I hit the first broccoli puzzle and my brain melted 😅
Yeah, the game has a steep difficulty curve at the end. Thank you for playing!!!
