Nice take on the "Countdown" theme!  Combining Nim with deck-building is a fun, creative twist on a (very) old game.  The progression of the levels was nicely done -- after the very short "Quick Rules" intro, I wasn't sure that I knew enough to play, but it was (as promised) self-explanatory.  Fun!

This is a lovely take on Nim! The progression is great, though I'd like to see the roguelike elements expanded on. I hadn't realised that hovering opponent's cards explained them, so I was a bit confused by Take Ring (which I had never had a chance to play), but that's entirely on me. A really solid entry, I had a great time with it :)

Fun little game :)! I like the progression of the levels. You could add to the level select screen so you could see your and your opponent's deck make-up.

I kinda like how the game was organized and approached, the only one minor point is the visual. Everything's good and also the puzzle! Keep up your great work :D

The game turned out to be less obvious to me than it seemed at first glance, but I was able to figure it out and enjoy it!

Glad you enjoyed it! Always love to hear my puzzle games "got" someone :) But yeah, I initially wanted to add more strategic depth through more token attributes and potentially slay the spire-style "relics" but ran out of time. Decided to focus on finishing the Death and Sticky attributes since that seemed like a complete "idea" with emergent complexity. I also think potentially adding bigger boards after the player gets some experience would allow more complex states to develop.

Wow s this game addictive! I just had to play until i finished it! I don't like the visual approach but the gameplay is so much fun!

Totally. The issue as solo dev - I really wanted to do a visual refresh but ran out of time. Everything is a bit "programmer art" haha. Was focused on hitting critical mass of features.

Glad you liked it otherwise!

It was fun, I cleared all 5 levels! The card design and UI made it easy to learn on level one, and later levels added new interesting elements. I liked the sticky and Grab ring elements added in the later levels.

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it! The grab ring is definitely a head-scratcher.
