Very unique and relaxing decremental game! The attachment system makes the incremental-like gameplay more interesting. The graphics are simple yet nice on the eyes while clearly displaying any important information to the player. The sound effects add great feedback to the player's actions. The music is chill but somewhat unsettling, which fits the game's overall atmosphere.
However, it would be good if the sticky note upgrades had unique textures or colours so players could easily distinguish between them. Some attachments are vastly more powerful than others, which encourages the player to go for the same attatchments each run. Also, is the game meant to end on a black screen?
Overall, I had a lot of fun playing this game! Very well done!
Thank you so much for the reply! To answer your question, yes, the game was intended to end with a dark screen (I ran out of time to add more narrative details). I really do agree with your suggestion about different colored sticky notes. I am planning to update the game in the future, so after the Jam has ended, I will add more upgrades and try to balance out the op ones. Thanks again for your valuable compliment and suggestions!
After finding out what the W and S keys do, this game became so amazing. The idea is so well executed, the gameplay is so well done, and the progression is well done. I am so surprised you were able to do so much in such little time. If I were you, I would definitely flesh this game out after the jam and release it!
Thank you so much for the encouragement! I will try my best to keep the game updating.
Great job on your submission! I really liked the idea of the game and the way you adapted it to the jam theme. The countdown mechanic fits the concept really well, and it was a very creative approach. Congrats on your work!
Thank you so much for the encouragement! I also love the way you approached your game! Hope your work does will too!
cool visual , cool concept . but i got zoomed in after first upgrade
Really sry for the inconvenience! You can press w/s to switch between states after getting the first upgrade.
A cool concept with placing the different upgrades in a series circuit! The visuals and music give the whole experience a kind of moody, existential vibe (which I love).
Thx for the compliment!
It was hard understanting how to place components, I find it out out of pure randomness. But once I understood the game it was peak, really fun expirience!
Thx for the reply!
After i select the first upgrade, it zooms in to show just the countdown and i cant seem to do anything? Just wait for the next upgrade?
You can press w and s to switch between views. Sry I really should have added more hint.
It's a very cool game, sort of like an idle/incremental game. But it was a bit confusing at first. I didn't know I can drag the parts onto the circuit, and I think only some of them can? The yellow boxes can't go on the circuit.
Thanks for the feedback! The dragging is kind of confusing because I didn't add any hints. The sticky notes (assuming that's what you meant by yellow boxes) are upgrades and not draggables.
Loved the clock design!
Thx! Your game's graphics also look awesome!
The audio is a banger, I love it! The game made me smile, I also like the idea of the perks you can earn over time. I wish I had the patience to get it down to zero, maybe I could just leave it playing for weeks, hoping something will happen at the end haha.
Thank you so much for the reply!
Didn't get far cus it takes long but very cool!
Thanks for the feedback! I was hoping to create a long game experience but that really might be unsuitable for a gamejam lol.
