This is such a cool idea and a really lovely, cohesive page. Loved the music and art! I saw the title "Knights on a Bike" and immediately got really excited about the seeming clash of ideas. Super fun and would definitely want to see the idea explored more.
I was struggling BIG time with the racing -- I got smoked 4 times in a row and couldn't figure out how to keep my energy up very well. And feel like I was missing something -- or it was just really difficult.
Really enjoyed the creative use of the theme, and the art is very cohesive and fits especially well with the music which I feel like adds a really fun blend of race energy and whimsy.
The art also needs a special callout -- those knights and bikers themselves are super iconic looking and for some reason it makes me think of a game about knights on bikes that plays sort of like mario kart meets super smash brothers where you're jousting/sparring/attacking each other but it's played with these cycling energy mechanics in mind.
Super cool concept, really enjoyed. :)

Yieah, the 'balancing' is a bit off. I think the main thing is to make use of drafting from other players and then eat enough before/during hills.
But I appreciate you like the title. Honestly, I also like it, and my vision for it was exactly what you wrote in the last part of your comment, but due to time/skill I had to settle with "just" a race. ^^
