Like a direction of artstyle, but it lacked some kind of UI highlight on mouse hover or something similar; a couple of times during critical moments, I clicked thinking I’d hit the target, but I missed.
Yeah, having some kind of visual indicator that is better at communicating what the player is actually clicking on is definitely a potential improvement that I'd look into if I continued working on this game. Thanks for your comment and feedback!
So nice assets selection! I couldn't stop feeding those super-cute multi-eyed monsters. I've lost count of how many I fed over the course of several games. I really enjoyed it. Good job!
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it!
I liked how quickly the gameplay clicked: read the monster’s order, select the right food, and serve it before the countdown runs out. The underworld burger-shop theme is fun, and I still managed to feel rushed even with only a few items 😄 Simple and satisfying!
Thanks so much! That feeling of urgency was one of the main design goals so I'm glad it came through in the final game haha
Really nice idea. Love the differents monsters. Simple gameplay becoming harder and harder, making me want to do more and more.
Thank you!
While I wish the art and sound design and everything was a bit more original, the gameplay itself is actually incredibly addictive. I sat there for way longer than I thought I would trying to get a better score, even optimizing the ways to hold my fingers on the number keys. Definitely proof simple gameplay does NOT mean bad gameplay, well done :)
Thanks for the feedback!
