the game is so realistic that you cant hear anything since your ears are lost

The ambiance and art are cool and the idea is very unique. Like the other comments, a bit of sound, like a background ambient and a bit of sounds would add a lot.

Small note: for some reason the mouse sensitivity is very low which make the camera really hard to orientate.

Having no music seems like a miss, I was a bit unsure what to do in the beginning. However the concept is very interesting, I loved the effects when you lose your eyes (not sure those are limbs)
