You cant just shoot, you have to reload first, every reload gives you one bullet, and if you would try to shoot from the start you just wouldnt be able to, because you wouldnt have any bullets, there is like a bubble besides the gun which shows how many bullets you have, and at the start its empty, which is why the first move is always reload
