I really like the way you’ve put a new spin on the Nim game.
The different masks are a great addition, and the fact that you have to choose a number based on the dice roll adds a nice strategic layer involving probability.

That's so cool to hear about the Nim game! I actually have never heard of it before. I guess the game I remembered was a variant of some kind. I remembered playing a math game with a teacher during recess back in elementary school. We would start at 0 and take turns adding 1 or 2 . We were trying to get to 21 first. It felt super unfair because it was a solved game and they always beat me. I added dice to that concept, flipped it to counting down and decided trying to avoid reaching the target number was more fun.
