Happy to hear you had fun! Very valid about the controls, I'm surprised they came out the way they did at all haha. TheKimeo very nearly had a melt down on the first day realising he didn't know how to do character controllers at all lmao and the platforms are probably my fault, I think the colliders allow you to hit the underside of them making it feel less smooth.
