Very polished game! Unfortunately I'm terrible at it, but I really enjoyed it :D
Thank you!! Haha, honestly I'm not that great at it either ^^
But super glad you enjoyed the experience :)
Really excellent presentation both in terms of artstyle and audio! The screen flip and darken effects were devious :D
Thank you!! Haha yep, had some fun with some camera tricks ^^
Looks really good, with very cool sound design and a very simple but cool idea! Good luck in the jam!
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it :)
What a nice and simple concept thats so well executed, the art and music and everything feels so polished, I love the additional effects that could disrupt your run. Really nice and well done I have no complaints! :D
Thanks, super glad you liked it! Haha yep, had some fun with the crazy effects and theming everything music-wise ;)
Cheers!
Quite fun and expansive from a simple idea. It does get a bit unwieldly fairly fast, probably as expected. But with all the perspectives and darkness, it lead me to not really seeing any particular timer and just occasionally looking around for a lower number to boost up. But I did have fun. The music was also really strong. One of the better cohesion between gameplay and sound I've seen so far where it adds to the game a lot.
Thank you!! Very happy you liked the game & polish :)
And I completely agree the "end-game" is pretty harsh at the moment, if I decide to keep working on the game I'll definitely try to design something to make it more interesting and more fair to the players ^^
Oh and thanks for your kind words about the sound/music, glad you enjoyed it!
wow!! I got 19110 points and 3:06 time. I think the sound design was really the showstopper for this one, the way all the sound effects pitch shifted with the music was really cool :>
it got so evil at the end though, the two-digit countdown that was giving me trouble the whole game suddenly turned into a single digit countdown and it was just over and there was nothing I could do, the click cooldown wasn't even short enough to keep it alive. Maybe the powerup cards would've helped haha...
awesome work, this is probably the most cleanly polished game I've played in the jam so far :>
Thank you so much! Super glad you enjoyed the concept + polish :)
And yep there is definitely some ideas to be found to better balance the "end-game" - for the jam I really wanted to aim for short games, so I was ok with things getting crazy at one point, but if I decide to keep going on this project I might think of something to make games last longer and feel a bit less unfair ^^
Thanks again, cheers!
Woooah this was so stressful haha ! At first I was so confused, but in the end it wasn't so hard to understand. The UI is soooo polished! It looks like a finished/full game! Very interesting idea on the theme!
Thank you so much!! Yeah I'd have loved to add a tutorial but I didn't have the time ^^ (if I decide to keep working on it, adding in-game explanations is definitely the first thing on the to-do list :D)
Super glad you liked the UI + polish :)
I was also trying to brainstorm a similar concept but I would never have done such a good job. It is great how this game manages to keep the player stressed out a little bit but the player needs to click something every 1 seconds or so (no spam clicking - except for double clicks) and keep out an eye for the bonus number. The effects are strong but they don’t feel nauseating.
Thank you so much! Super glad you liked the game and found the experience enjoyable :)
Loved the chaos that slowly builds with each counter added. Really fun, great work ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
Thank you!! Haha yep, chaos was the ultimate goal here ^^ Happy you liked it!
Very polished work, cool concept and addictive too!
Very well done!
Very polished work, cool concept and addictive too!
Very well done!
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it :)
I'm so impressed by your work as always!! When are you realizing it on Steam?? ✨
Thank you so much for your kind words!! Haha, I'll definitely consider it if it gets some attention/traction here during the jam ;)
Wow, I liked this one! But I do wish there wasn't a timeout on the mouse clicks. It would have felt a bit better to let loose with the clicks. But still - very good!
Thank you so much! Yeah that was a real question - I added it after a while because I felt like it really added to the tension and optimisation (otherwise it was more about reflexes), but if I continue working on the project I'll definitely have some items/effects/power ups to play around with this "click restore delay" ;)
Cheers!
Very interesting game. The polish on this one was super good! I really dig the style. Great work!
Thanks!! Very happy you liked the game and its atmosphere :)
Good concept, really well polished in terms of graphics and sound. Pretty stressful, especially with the reverted levels !
Great work ! :D
Thank you so much! Haha yep I had fun thinking of various constraints and the upside-down one was definitely a hoot to add ^^
Super fun game, Looks super polished, the style is super nice and readable. Amazing concept and great game overall!
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it :)
So juicy, very impressive ! I loved the concept, a little bit tricky to understand at the beginning but fun to play.
Thank you so much! Yup I'd have loved to add a tuto, but I didn't have the time :/
I put everything in the description but if I decide to continue the project, add in-game explanations will be the first thing on the to-do list :D
awesome!! :) i loved the simple but addictive gameplay and how polished it was!!!!
Thank you! Super glad you liked it :)
Great game execution and the gameplay is really original, although quite difficult! Great job.
Thank you so much! Yeah I wanted to go for a hardcore arcade/action game ;)
The game is really polished, and the concept, although simple, was interesting because of all the modifiers and changes, I'll admit, at a certain point becomes really hard managing all those timers with just one click available, however, the game is fun, and the music intensifies the gameplay a lot. Well done!
Thanks so much for your kind words! Yep I don't know if I'll keep working on it (depends on the traction it gets here during the jam), but if I do I'll definitely try to design a better "run progress", where perhaps you can improve your click, etc.
Thank you for the feedback!
